Return Policy

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged or contains missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@trinkflusswines.co.uk. For damaged items, we may request photos of the affected products and packaging to assist in resolving the issue. Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly upon confirmation.


Returns

We accept returns of bottles in their original condition and packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, email hello@trinkflusswines.co.uk. Refunds will be issued (excluding original delivery costs) upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

The cost of returning items is the customer’s responsibility, and risk remains with the customer until the returned items are received by us.


Corked or Faulty Wines

We understand how disappointing a corked or faulty bottle can be. If you suspect a wine is faulty, please reseal it and contact us at hello@trinkflusswines.co.uk. We will arrange store credit or a replacement.

In some cases, we may require the faulty bottle to be collected by our courier for inspection, so please retain the wine until you receive further instructions.

Refunds, credits, or replacements are only offered up to three months from the purchase date, provided the bottles have been stored correctly.

Note: Mature or fine wines over 10 years of age are sold ‘as seen’ and are non-refundable.
