Nestled in the heart of Rheinhessen, Weingut Keller in Flörsheim-Dalsheim is nowadays a legendary estate world renowned for its exceptional wines. With a family legacy of winemaking dating back to 1789, Keller has become synonymous with quality, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for the terroir. Though always a family affair, today the estate is run by Klaus Peter with son Felix under his wings. The estate's meticulous vineyard management and sustainable farming practices result in handcrafted wines that truly reflect their unique character and origin.
The Keller’s specialize in Riesling, but also make remarkable expressions of Pinot Noir and not the least Silvaner amongst others. Some of their most sought-after wines are those from the famed vineyard sites of Morstein, Abtserde, and Kirchspiel. These vineyards produce some of the finest examples of Grosses Gewächs (GG).
Klaus Peter Kellers commitment to excellence has not only earned his family winery accolades from wine critics across the globe but also a established a connection to the British Royal Family. Their wines have been served at significant royal events. The 2012 vintage of Hipping Riesling became the official wine to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II and bottles of the Kellers ‘Von der Fels’ were served at the official banquet.
